Bayfront Engineering performed a comprehensive structural inspection and water intrusion analysis of 2 3 level parking garages, approximately 220,000 SF/EA. The parking garages were constructed of CIP Post Tensioned Slabs and beams supported by RC columns. Additionally, Bayfront Engineering retained BDI to perform proprietary impact echo of the PT slab called SounDAR along with taking powder chloride samples at representative structural elements. Coordination with the client was critical to ensure cars were not on level needed to be inspected for the day.

Bayfront Engineering performed structural engineering and construction drawings for a 2 story commercial deck.
Private Client
Bayfront Engineering performed a structural inspection of the foundation walls of a residential dwelling in Glenn Mills, PA. The foundation walls had failed and were significantly bowed. Bayfront Engineering performed the installations of 23 Carbon Fiber Straps to structurally stabilize the foundation walls.
